Case in point: 5 years ago, Nina Murray picked up the phone for Live Oak’s banking customer service line and on the other end was a lovely customer. Nina helped the customer navigate her online bank account, and quickly they hit it off. Fast forward to today – Nina was traveling recently and made a very special stop to meet the same Live Oak customer in person. An unexpected but joyful friendship was formed, along with a memory they’ll both cherish forever.
